Apple, Berries & Yogurt Smoothie

 My current favourite smoothies mix.


Ingredients:

Apple
Mixed Berried (can be fresh or frozen)
Either Natural Greek Yogurt or flavoured (Strawberry or Mixed Berries, of coz) Yogurt
Cranberry Juice

Just mix everything into the blender and whizz until all is combined and in a smooth texture!
Yup! All done. Nice, easy and healthy!

Oh, I can’t tell you the exact amount to put it. I always just do estimation!
